A new introduction from Japan. Large 15cm yellow flowers in April/May before foliage appears. Plant in sheltered spot to maximise flowering.
A compact shrub commonly known as the Black Lily Magnolia. Deep purple-red flowers from late April -June. Later than other magnolias. Height and spread of 2.5m. Supplied in 11cm pot.
Giant 12cm diameter very fragrant flowers are produced perpetually from May-Sep. Buds are unusual egg shaped. Ovate green leaves are up to 15cm in length.
Fragrant creamy white star shaped flowers from March to May. Compact sturdy tree.
